AgentOS
AgentOS is an open-source (MIT) autonomous AI agent framework that turns an LLM into a self-directing worker. Give an agent a goal in plain language and it plans, calls tools, observes results, remembers what it learned, and iterates until the job is done — browsing the web, executing code, and managing its own workspace. A think→act→observe (ReAct) engine supports configurable iteration budgets and graceful degradation without an API key, while three archetypes (BaseAgent, CodeAgent, BrowseAgent) cover general, coding, and research tasks. A pluggable tool registry, vector memory with semantic recall, and a React mission-control dashboard for live fleet status, execution traces, and a tool console make it production-friendly via FastAPI, Docker, and CI. It gives teams a self-hosted control plane for fleets of agents.
