AgentConnect
AgentConnect is an open-source, self-hosted platform that lets teams tag and operate AI agents directly inside Slack, Telegram, Discord, and GitHub instead of each developer running a private terminal session nobody else can see. It is provider-neutral: connect Claude Code, Codex, Grok Build, DeepSeek, Pi, or any ACP-compatible runtime, then give each agent a role plus its own model, workspace, memory, tools, skills, and permissions. Work can start from a conversation, pull request, issue, webhook, or schedule, agents can call one another, and a single console shows deployed agents, live sessions, daemons, schedules, and connectors so teams can see who approved what and what each agent is allowed to read. Agents run on your own infrastructure, so code and messages never leave it. AgentConnect is ideal for engineering and support teams whose agents have become real teammates but still lack shared visibility, handoff, and governance.
